Rest Sessions
in a system that glorifies hustle, many have forgotten what it means to rest.
We all have the capacity for making powerful choices that enrich our lives and that of others, but we can only access that capacity when we understand how to recover from stress.
When life feels heavy, scattered, or simply too fast, Rest Sessions are a space to slow down and come home to yourself. Rooted in presence and guided by intuition, these 1:1 sessions are designed as calm, intentional spaces for inner reflection, emotional processing, and soul-level rest. Together, we’ll create a space where you can be supported in whatever season you’re in.
Sessions are 60 minutes, done virtually over Zoom and on a donation basis.

What To Expect
Arrival
We begin with a moment to settle in, including a simple check-in. I’ll invite you to share what you’re carrying or needing, with no pressure to perform or explain. This is your space to be met exactly where you are.
Exploration
The heart of the session is intuitive discussion. We might draw from visual cues, observations in nature, or whatever emotions come up. You are welcome to bring whatever feels alive for you--there is no "right" way to be here.
Integration
As we close, we take time to gather what's emerged--any shifts in awareness, insights, or small ways you might continue supporting yourself in daily life.
Closing
We'll end slowly and with intention, allowing you to re-enter your day with more space and clarity.

My role is not to fix or diagnose, but to be a regulated and supportive presence as you rest, reflect and return to what matters.
